Have UPS collect packages from your home or business, one-off or every day.

To schedule a UPS pickup, go to Ship → Pickups, choose UPS, then pick a date, a ready-by time and the latest time someone will be available. You'll see the pickup fee, if any, before confirming.
Things to know
- Same-day pickups need to be requested before the cutoff for your area — usually early afternoon.
- A pickup fee may apply per request. It's shown in Octoship before you book.
- Packages must already have labels attached.
- You can cancel a pickup from the same page until the driver is dispatched.
Once booked, you'll get a confirmation number in Octoship and by email. If the driver misses the pickup, contact us with that number and we'll follow up with UPS.
