When to require a signature on delivery, and how Adult Signature works for age-restricted products.

Requiring a signature means the carrier won't leave the package unless someone signs for it. That reduces porch theft and gives you stronger evidence in a dispute.
- Signature Confirmation: anyone at the address can sign.
- Adult Signature: the recipient must be 21 or older and show ID. Use this for age-restricted products where shipping is otherwise allowed.
Add a signature option on the rate screen under Delivery options, or set a rule in Settings → Automation to require a signature on every order above a value you choose. Many payment processors' seller protection programs require proof of signature on high-value orders, so it's worth checking yours.
