Printing packing slips

Print packing slips alongside your labels, on a separate printer, or skip them entirely.

Updated 1 min read

Packing slips list what's in the box so your customer (and you) can double-check the order. Octoship can print them for any order imported from a connected store.

  • With labels: choose Label + packing slip when printing. On a thermal printer, the slip prints as a second 4×6 label right after the shipping label.
  • Separately: select orders and click Print → Packing slips to print them on regular paper, one per page.
  • Customize: add your logo, a thank-you note, and return instructions under Settings → Packing slips.

Shipping a gift? Turn on Hide prices on gift orders in the same settings page and Octoship will leave item prices off the slip whenever the order is marked as a gift in your store. Slips for orders created manually (not imported) only list items if you add them to the shipment's line items first.
