Save a whole batch as one PDF to print later, on another computer, or as a backup.

When you buy a batch, Octoship creates a single PDF with every label in it, in the order the batch was sorted. You can print it immediately or download it for later.
- 1Open the batch
Go to Shipments → Batches and pick the batch.
- 2Download the PDF
Click Download labels. Choose whether to include packing slips.
- 3Print at actual size
Open the PDF and print with scale set to 100% / Actual size.
Lost a label or need a reprint? You can re-download the batch PDF as many times as you like — reprinting the same label is free, as long as you only put it on one package.
