What happens to your balance, labels and data when you close your Octoship account.

We're sorry to see you sail off, but closing your account is straightforward. Since Octoship has no subscription, you can also simply stop using it — nothing will be charged while your account sits idle.
Before you close
- Void any labels you won't use and wait for pending refunds to finish.
- Download any statements you need for your records.
- Disconnect your store integrations.
Closing the account
Go to Settings → Account and click Close account. Any remaining prepaid balance is refunded to your original payment method. Shipping records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and carrier purposes, then deleted.
