Once your labels are printed, you can ask the carrier to collect them. Go to Ship → Pickups, choose the carrier, pick a date and tell the driver where the packages will be waiting.

USPS pickups

USPS Package Pickup is free when scheduled for your regular mail delivery and at least one package is Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Ground Advantage or an international service. Schedule by 2 AM Central on the day of pickup. Your mail carrier collects the packages during their normal route.

UPS pickups

UPS on-demand pickups can carry a fee per pickup (shown before you confirm). If you ship with UPS daily, a scheduled daily pickup may work out cheaper — see UPS pickups.

FedEx and DHL Express pickups

FedEx and DHL Express pickups are booked the same way: choose the carrier, the date, and a ready-by and close time. Any pickup fee is shown before you confirm, and DHL Express pickups need your commercial invoice printed and attached. See FedEx and DHL Express pickups for cut-off times and tips.

Shipping with Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post or another regional carrier? Pickup availability depends on the carrier and your ship-from address — if it's offered, it appears in the same Pickups screen.
