Link your WordPress store with REST API keys so orders sync and tracking writes back.
WooCommerce connects using API keys from your store. You'll need admin access to WordPress.
- 1Create API keys
In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and click Add key. Give it Read/Write permission.
- 2Paste them into Octoship
In Settings → Integrations → WooCommerce, enter your store URL, the consumer key and the consumer secret.
- 3Pick order statuses
Choose which statuses to import — usually Processing. Octoship marks orders Completed when you buy a label.
Product weights set in WooCommerce come through with each order and pre-fill the package weight. Orders from any shipping zone are imported, and the shipping method chosen at checkout is shown on each order so you can match service levels.
