In Settings → Integrations, click Connect on the eBay card, sign in to eBay and approve access. Octoship imports sold items that are awaiting shipment.
Tracking upload
Once you buy a label, Octoship uploads the tracking number and marks the item as shipped on eBay. Uploading valid tracking quickly helps keep your seller metrics healthy, since eBay uses on-time shipping and tracking upload rates in seller performance.
- Combined purchases from the same buyer import as a single order.
- eBay authorization expires periodically — if sync stops, click Reconnect.
- International orders through eBay's global shipping programs ship to the domestic hub address shown on the order.
Want to ship an eBay order that's already been marked shipped? Find it with the Show shipped filter on the Orders page, then create a label as usual. Octoship won't overwrite tracking that's already on eBay unless you choose to.
