Notes and tags help you keep track of orders that need something extra — a gift message, fragile items, or a customer who asked for a specific ship date.

Notes

Open any order and type in the Notes box. Notes are private to your team. Notes from your store, like a buyer's message, are pulled in automatically and marked as coming from the store.

Tags

  • Create tags like fragile, gift or hold and give each a color.
  • Filter the Orders page by tag to work through one group at a time.
  • Tags can be printed on packing lists so the person packing sees them.
