A lot of what's in Octoship today started as a seller writing in to say “it would be great if…”. We read every suggestion, and we genuinely want yours.
How to send an idea
Use the contact form and choose Feature request as the topic. The most useful requests describe the problem, not just the solution — tell us what you were trying to do, what got in the way, and how often it happens.
What happens next
- Every request is tagged and added to our product backlog, where we can see how many sellers are asking for the same thing.
- We'll reply to let you know it was received. We can't promise timelines, but popular requests rise to the top.
- When something you asked for ships, we try to let the people who requested it know.
