Shipping from outside the US
Octoship works from 27 countries. Your ship-from country decides which carriers you see, plus the currency and units on every rate.
On this page
Octoship isn't just for US sellers. You can ship from 27 countries, including the UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. Everything in the app follows your ship-from country: which carriers appear, what currency rates are shown in, and whether weights and dimensions are in pounds and inches or kilograms and centimeters.

Setting your ship-from country
- 1On the website
Use the Shipping from picker at the top of the Help Center or in the site navigation. We remember your choice, and articles for carriers you can't use from there are marked.
- 2In the app
Your ship-from address sets the country. Add one in Settings → Ship-from addresses — see setting up ship-from addresses.
- 3Multiple countries?
Add a ship-from address in each country. Rates, carriers and currency follow whichever address you pick on the shipment.
What stays the same
- Octoship is free everywhere — you pay only for postage.
- Rate comparison, batch printing, automation rules, tracking and insurance work the same in every country.
- Duties and taxes (DDP or DDU), HS codes and commercial invoices are handled for international shipments from any origin — see DDP vs DDU explained.
