Setting up ship-from addresses

Your ship-from address appears as the return address on your labels. It also tells the carrier where to send packages that can't be delivered, and it affects your rates — postage is priced on the distance between where a package starts and where it's going.

Add an address#

   Open Settings → Addresses

   Click Add ship-from address.

   Enter the full address

   Include any suite or unit number. We'll verify it against USPS records.

   Set a default

   Your default address is used for every new shipment unless you change it on the shipment itself.

Shipping from more than one place#

If you ship from home and a storage unit, or a warehouse and a second location, add each address and pick the right one per shipment. Store integrations can also assign an address automatically based on the store.
