When we launched, Octoship did two carriers really well. Then you started selling to Toronto, Leeds, Melbourne and Osaka, and kept asking the same question: can I ship that from here too? Now you can. Octoship compares 550+ shipping services from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express, plus postal carriers like Canada Post, Royal Mail and Australia Post, to 220+ countries and territories. Still free. Still no markups.
What's new
- FedEx — Ground, Home Delivery, Ground Economy, Express and International services, side by side with everything else.
- DHL Express — fast international delivery to most major markets in a few business days, with door-to-door tracking.
- Duties and taxes, calculated — see the estimated landed cost before you buy, and choose who pays: your customer on delivery (DDU) or you up front (DDP).
- Customs paperwork, handled — HS code suggestions, commercial invoices and CN22/CN23 forms generated from your product data.
- Pickups and returns for every carrier — book a pickup from your door and send prepaid return labels without leaving Octoship.
- Bring your own account — have negotiated rates with a carrier? Connect the account and compare your rates against ours.
How to pick between them
You don't have to. Octoship sorts every eligible service by cheapest, fastest or best value, and automation rules can pick for you by destination, weight or order value. If you're curious about why one carrier wins, our help center has a plain-language guide to choosing between USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express.
